By accessing or using any part of the Koi Health website including subdomains (www.joinkoi.com) or services provided through the Cluster Care Program (the “Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Koi Health, Inc. ("Koi Health") provides short-term, non-medical support services at participating senior housing communities through its Cluster Care Program. Services may include:

• Companionship
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Technology assistance
• Respite for caregivers

All services are delivered by trained aides. Koi Health does not provide medical care or nursing services.

The Program is intended for:

• Older adults living in participating housing communities
• Caregivers of such residents
• Authorized representatives making bookings on behalf of eligible individuals

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and book services.

Appointments are offered in blocks of 2 hours or more and may be subject to availability. Koi Health works in coordination with the hosting community to determine operating hours and frequency. Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the policy outlined at the time of booking. Koi Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if safety concerns or access limitations arise.

You agree not to misuse the site or services, and not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with other users, residents, or Koi Health staff
• Use services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes

You are responsible for maintaining respectful and safe behavior when aides are onsite.

Any personal or health-related information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy. Koi Health will not disclose identifying information without consent, except as required by law or to ensure the safety of staff and participants.

By booking a session or allowing services to be provided by Koi Health, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Participation is voluntary and services are non-medical.
• You understand and accept any risks involved in in-home assistance.
• Koi Health is not a substitute for medical care.
• You release Koi Health, its team, and partners from liability for injury, damage, or loss.
• If booking on someone else's behalf, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Koi Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services, if any.

Koi Health and its aides are not licensed medical providers and do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In case of medical need, contact a licensed healthcare professional or emergency services.

Koi Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or website features at any time, with or without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
